Cissy Houston's Letter to Whitney / by

The world is still mourning over the loss of the legendary Whitney Houston. The icon passed away last week and the home going service was held this past Saturday. It was a very touching service. It was aired online and broadcasted all over the world so that fans had the chance to say goodbye.

A program and obituary was given to every funeral attendee and inside, it was filled with pictures and fun times that were shared with the late singer. A touching note that caught my eye was the letter to Nippy from her mother Cissy Houston. She indicates that her daughter's spirit came to say goodbye shortly after the passed away. Read it below.

On Saturday, before I found out about your transition, my doorbell rang. I went to answer it but there was no one there. It rang again and again, no one was there.

How chilling is that? It's very touching and moving. Their family was very religious. I believe that it was Whitney ringing that doorbell to tell her mother "goodbye, please don't cry". ♥
