Nas plays Nicki's love interest in the video and we see them get all lovey dovey. She receives gifts, wears his jewelry and got a big fat kiss from the rapper at the very end. Chris was doing what Breezy does in the video. Check out the Benny Boom directed clip below.
This was a cute video. I thought she looked stunning. It's one of her first videos that she's being simple and serious. Less crazy faces and antics. Everything from her make-up to that lace front was screaming hotness! Her and Nas looked quite good together. I honestly didn't expect that at all.
I was hoping that Chris Brown took that part being that he's featured in the song. I wanted to see the two of them doing all that...but I guess Nas worked as well. To me, it just made me feel like Chris Brown wasn't even needed. They should have either gave him his own story in the video instead of making him a third wheel.
But nevertheless, I loved the video and I definitely dig the song. What did you think about the clip?
