D'Andre Horn was born and raised in Dallas, TX. He started singing in the church choir and the school choir at a very young age. It wasn't until his eighth year in school did he decide to chase his dreams in music when he was accepted to Booker T Washington High School for the Performing & Visual Arts located in the Downtown Dallas Art District.

At this high school he made a big name for himself participating in three varsity choirs and two music ensembles. He was most recognized for his work and effort in Booker T. Washington’s R&B Ensemble which he performed numerous events around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He graduated with Music & Academic Honors and received an Honorable Mention Award from The Young Arts Competition making top 5% of the nation.

D'Andre Horn now attends Columbia College where he studies music and will soon be a part of the CUP (Contemporary, Urban & Popular Music) program to receive a BM. D'Andre Horn auditioned and entered into Columbia's R&B Ensemble his freshman year.

Later that year he was nominated for Best Male Performer & Best Performance of the Year taking the Best Performance Award at Columbia’s Got Talent. He is currently working on a solo career as an R&B/Pop Sensation.

You know, the song isn't half bad. It actually sounds like something professional. There are a lot of up and coming artists who's music sounds like it was recorded on someone's Mac Book in low quality. But this production actually sounds fresh. The beat is very upbeat and spring like to me. His kind of makes me just like want to jump in his arms. He has an amazingly soft & beautiful voice, I love his vocals and delivery. It all blends in so smoothly with the production of this track. The only thing that I do dislike in this song is the way the harmony sounds within the chorus. I think his voice sounds so much better without the enhancing harmonies. That's nothing bad, just my opinion. I think he has the type of voice that can do without the enhancements. Or maybe it's just the way it sounds in this song. But all in all, it's a great effort and a great song. He may be a new comer but this is a lot better than some of the R&B played on the radio today. I can't wait to hear more from him. What do you think?
