Rihanna Set To Star In New Fast & The Furious Film / by

Rihanna's "Battleship" movie has already grossed over $170 million and it hasn't even been released in the U.S. yet according to Sandra Rose. The entire film cost nearly $200 million to create and it looks like if will break even after it hits theaters in the states.

Filmmakers we're so impressed with her performance that she's already in talks to star opposite of Vin Diesal and Paul Walker in the newest installment of the Fast & Furious series. Filming is expected to start later this year in London. Check out the article below.

According to The Sun, Rihanna will play a femme fatale opposite Vin Diesal and Paul Walker.

Filming is set to begin in London.

"Rihanna impressed with her acting debut in Battleship. Writers think she'll be perfect for the role," a source told The Sun. "Her character has plenty of bite and doesn't take any prisoners - just like her in real life." (SINGERSROOM)
Now, I just have to see what all the fuss is about. I'm sure that $170 million came from the bulk of Rihanna's international fans versus people that just actually wanted to go see the movie. I don't think that it would have grossed that much already had she not been apart of the film. That's just my opinion. Nothing has yet to be confirmed about the Fast & Furious reports but as time passes, we shall see. Rihanna Navy will be excited.
