Watch: The Game (Season 5 Episode 22) Season Finale / by

Last night was the season finale of BET's hit show The Game. If you missed out, as always you can watch it right here. The show picked up right where the previous one left off. Sabers won the championship game.

Melanie and Derwin hit a high note, Malik stumbled back to where he began, Tasha is happy about the fact the she's found true love, Rick Fox is full of regret and Jason becomes a happily married man with Chardonnay. Watch below.

We thought Malik (Hosea Chanchez) was arrested but the police ended up giving him and girlfriend Jenna (Tika Sumpter) a ride to the championship game. They ended their relationship at the end of the show. He took her back to rehab and she spat in his face. He also went back to his old self. Spending a lot of money and having random sex with women. Melanie (Tia Mowry) was inspired by Rick Fox to go to cheer on Derwin (Pooch Hall) after winning the championship game. He was really surprised and happy to see her.

She went to cheer him on and later told him that she was still leaving to Washington D.C. Derwin was upset still and told her to leave and have a safe flight. Later, he joined her at the airport and apologized. Saying that he will be there to support her every step of they way. Their story ended with the both of them flying out to D.C. Last episode, Jason (Coby Bell) called it quits with Chardonnay (Brandy) only to surprise her with her own spa that she talked about all season "Spa'Donnay" and properly proposed to her so that they would stay married. They later burned the annulment papers.

Rick Fox revealed that he decision to leave Tasha (Wendy Raquel Robinson) negativity impacted her. She had been home sick for the past two episodes with Pookie (Rockmond Dunbar) taking good care of her. She revealed to him in tears that she prayed for a man just like him. Their story ended with Tasha and Pookie sleeping in the bed while Rick Fox was calling her cell phone.

Pretty good for a season finale. I'm still trying to understand how Tia and Pooch's absence from the series will play out in the new season. Will they cast new characters or focus more on the current ones? Will we see more of Rick Fox? I guess we will wait til next January to find out! Thanks for watching the season with me. It's been fun. Like I said before, I will be covering season 6 even though Melanie and Derwin are out. Keep it locked, and until next time. :-)
