Jennifer Hudson Performs At The Taste of Chicago / by

Jennifer Hudson returned to her hometown, and mine, to kick off the Taste of Chicago performances. The Oscar winner graced the stage at Grant Park and performed a slew of hit. She also paid tribute to the legendary Whitney Houston.

She performed "I'm Every Woman", "How Will I Know" & "I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)". She had the crowd going and brought a lot of on lookers on stage to dance it up with. She also performed a lot of her own songs from her albums "Jennifer Hudson", & "I Remember Me". Check it all out below.

"Gone"

"Where You At"

"Night of Your Life"

"Spotlight"

"Think Like A Man"

"Saving All My Love For You" / "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going"

"I'm Every Woman" / "How Will I Know" / "I Wanna Dance With Somebody"

These Whitney tributes will never get old. I love each and every one that I see. Jennifer Hudson is simply amazing. I wish I could have went to see her at the festival. I mean, it is right in my home town. I worked right down the street while she was performing.

Her set list was pretty dope. She performed a lot of songs that I love from her, especially "Gone". That's like my favorite track from her..EVER and she slays it every time it's performed. She represented Chicago very well. ♥  U Jenn!
