The fight has received a green light. It looks as if both Drake and Chris Brown have signed on and agreed to box it out in Las Vegas this Fall. Last month, I reported that the two of them were rumored to box it out for a cool $10 million, winner takes $9 million, loser take $1 million.
Now it looks as if the two will fight for charity. Instead of them taking the money home, it will go to a charity of their choice. The fight will happen on September 22nd at the MGM Grand Casino in Las Vegas with Tony Parker as the referee. Tickets go on sale next week. Check out the article below.
They’ve been rumored to be fighting for the heart of Rihanna for months and there’s still no 100% clear winner. So Chris Brown and Drake are doing exactly what any red blooded American/Canadian boys (in the 1840s) would do: box it out.
After several offers for an official match, Brown and Drake have agreed to punch it out during three one-minute rounds (such babies!) in 24 oz. gloves for a charity match at the MGM Grand Casino in Las Vegas.
The match is a carry over ‘grudge match’ from their brawl at the W.i.P nightclub in June. Tony Parker, who was hurt in the fight and is currently suing the club, is going to ref the match, which will go down on Saturday, September 22nd.
Brown and Drake signed the contract through their reps (so they didn’t have to see each other’s stinky faces, probably). Drake’s rep has said that Drake is going to “End it in 2 rounds” and Brown’s rep’s only comment was that it would be a “great fight.”
I sincerely hope that this means that Drake will beat Brown’s lady-smacking ass. If you want to see them brawl, tickets go on sale this week!

I can't believe that this went through. I didn't think they would actually do it but it looks as if they want to box it out once and for all. This is crazy. I'm almost positive that this entire thing will eventually fall off and won't happen. I just can't see it actually going down.
Two celebrities in the ring fighting for charity. Come on now. I just have to see it to believe it. I believe that the reports are true and the tickets are going on sale, but I just have a feeling someone will pull one of them out for some odd reason.
So who do you think will win? Three one minute rounds? You can't throw many punches within a minute to knock someone out but I guess we will see how it goes, it it goes. It may end up being something like this...
