Melanie Amaro Premieres "Don't Fail Me Now" Video / by

X-Factor winner Melanie Amaro just premiered the video for her single "Don't Fail Me Now". The single was release back in August and it served as the lead for her upcoming debut album which will drop via Epic Records in December.

The clip was directed by Benny Boom and he wanted to captured the essence of her journey from being an contestant on X-Factor to becoming the champion. Melanie said that the song describes the journey throughout her life and the show. Check out the video below.

You know, I was really hoping that Epic Records would have done away with this single becuase of the initial reviews it recieved after it's release. Then they quickly released the fan favoite "Love Me Now" and I was hoping that it would become the new single....but I guess it didn't.

This song isn't bad, but I just don't think it's the type of song for her to be singing. The video was pretty good. She looked great and she looked like a natural. I love the fact that they promoted those Sony headphones throughout the clip (I have the black edition). They're are pretty good headphones.

I hope that a video for "Love Me Now" is on the way. What did you think about the video?
